Facts, allegations, and opinion
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, ethics complaints, House letters, news stories, and opinion are labeled as such. A recusal motion is not a finding of bias. An advisory ethics opinion is not a jury verdict. A news article is not the primary for a crime or a title when a court PDF exists.
